 Remove your hard drive from your 360 if you send it in for repair as you could lose your save data as Microsoft may just replace your system complete with a new HD.

Dont get me started with 360 problems ive had to change my 360 5 times hopfully it will work properly this time. and i did have to take my hard drive out everytime but they tell u anyways when u call the xbox call centre for repars...
